Blenduk Church is the oldest Christian church in Central Java is more precisely located in the city of Semarang, was built by a Dutch citizen who lived in that city in 1753, with a roof shaped hexagonal (eight square). sometimes spelled Blendug Church and is often pronounced as mBlendhug, this church is actually named GPIB Immanuel Church, at Jl. Letjend. Suprapto 32. Large dome-coated bronze, and in the building there is also a Baroque organ. Architecture in it based on a Greek cross. The church was renovated in 1894 by W. Westmaas and HPA de Wilde, who added the two towers in front of the church building. The name of Blenduk itself is the nickname of the surrounding community, which means dome. Until now the Church is still used every Sunday. Around the church Blenduk there are also other buildings from the Dutch colonial period.
